In Stretch-n-Grow fun fitness and sports classes children will have a blast! Non stop action and full participation in a non competitive environment. During our fun class children will work on Motor Skill Development; Co-ordination; Balance; Resistance; Flexibility and Aerobic Activity. | Playball ‘Sport for Life: Learn - Practice - Play, it’s the Playball Way’. The multi-sports
programme with a difference! Playball offers a structured sports programme which gives
children, of all abilities, an opportunity to experience the benefits of participating in sports. Not
only does your child learn sports skills but also valuable life skills such as confidence, self-worth,
team-work and lots more. There is a maximum of 6-8 children per coach in age specific classes.
Playball **classes** are run 6-days a week for 2 – 12 year olds during school terms. For more

Yoga for Kids, Teens and Families. In yoga classes specifically tailored to suit kids from 6 to 12, we play, tell stories, sing, learn about our bodies, make new friends, have fun and relax together. Teens from 12 + learn yoga poses that relax, keep healthy and flexible and mindfulness to develop confidence and to cope with the everyday ups and downs of growing into young adults.
Tanja is a qualified kids yoga teacher, professionally trained and garda-vetted.
