What is RSS?

RSS stands for Really Simple Syndication and it is a very effective way of keeping up-to-date with the latest information on a website. It lets advanced browsers collect 'feeds' from different sources and display them on the one page.

Internet Explorer 7.0 has a RSS reader built in to it.

A RSS-page may not make any sense unless you open it up in a browser or program that can understand it.

There are also lots of other free newsreaders available out there if you search for them.
