(Wing Tzun is a famous style of kung fu), a martial art that traces its roots back several hundreds of years to Southern China – it’s most famous student is the legendary Bruce Lee. Kids learn to build their fundamental motor skills through fun and games in a Martial Arts format. Activities include skipping, jumping, kicking, catching, punching targets and playing tag games. KFK is designed to teach self-defense, self awareness (confidence), to improve health, memory, fitness, flexibility, concentration, and self control (focus). In summary our classes are fun, exciting, safe and educational for your children.
