Dublinia Knight School
Come and have a go at the Dublinia Children’s Knight School. The experts from Montague Heritage Services will put the children through their paces and train them using wasters (wooden practice swords). The young squires/warriors will be taught how to parry and block while also getting up close to replica swords, helmets and armour. So come along and have a go and experience what it would have felt like to be a knight in medieval times! All included in the cost of entry to Dublinia. Displays are on a timed rotation with groups of up to 10 children lasting circa 20 minutes. Each participant will also get a certificate of training signed by the scribe at the end. Suitable for ages 5-12.

With an array of wonderful characters played by three amazing actors, colourful puppets and original music, Lúminaria brings the audience on a whimsical journey into the unknown. Join Lúna on an adventure into the sky as she tries to find the light to protect her mother and the villagers from darkness.

The Summer Panto
Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs will be making its much awaited return to the Liberty Hall Stage this July (11th - 17th) as Dublin’s Summer Panto! Our own wonderful “Dame Nellie Nu Nu” is back in high heels again with general panto mayhem, great music and laughter, not to mention a fabulous supporting cast in this Summer’s Liberty Panto. Will good conquer evil? Only you can find that out for yourself when you come along! So, if you are looking for some fun family entertainment this summertime, then book your seats to the best show in town!

Kids Creative Waste Workshop
Join us at the Rediscovery Centre for our Arts & Crafts workshop for kids, where we will doing a variety of creative crafts by reusing waste materials, such as fabric, cardboard, plastic and sweet wrappers. Suitable for children aged 6 to 12 years. Let’s get creative!

Dublin Brick Show
Our shows bring to life the world of Lego with huge custom made models, dioramas and MOC's made by Lego enthusiasts. These cover a range to the favourite Lego themes including Lego City, Star Wars, Ninjago, Technic and Castle to name but a few. Our shows are targeted at children aged 4-12 who already like Lego. As well as a variety of custom made models you will see some older and harder to find Lego sets on display.

The Speks
The Speks present a lively show of nursery rhymes and sing-along songs set to acoustic Irish music which will have adults and kids jumping in their seats! Their hand-clapping, toe-tapping, hearty-laughing show is all about life on Glasses Island – a magical island off the coast of Co. Clare where everybody wears glasses! The Speks have won a Parents’ Choice music award in the US where their music has been described as "Riverdance for kids" and they encourage everyone to sing, scream, clap and dance along during their performances. This will be a great, fun event for kids aged 2 to 92!
