Kippure Educational Field Studies | At Kippure Adventure & Education Centre we offer a wide range of on-site River and Ecology Field Studies. Thankfully, field work is becoming an integral part of the school curricula. As well as being thoroughly enjoyable it instils a range of vital skills such as surveying, group work, data collection, analysis and report writing. Since 2003 hundreds of schools from all over Leinster and counties Waterford and Tipperary have attended our studies. Residential groups can book to stay in bunk accommodation in our on-site holiday homes.

Ballymorris Pottery | For a unique and fun “hands on" experience within a working pottery, this school tour is easy to arrange, trouble free and inspiring too, giving your children tons of memoires and their very own piece of pottery! At Ballymorris Pottery, your children will get the chance to visit our working pottery where we lead them through a pottery project - each child will create and decorate their very own piece. Ecocation @ Newgrange Lodge | Ecocation offer a range of residential and non residential River and Ecology field studies based on the current school curriculum. We cater for 5th & 6th class primary school students and all secondary level students. Our field trips are carried out at a number of nearby diverse, native woodland areas and river locations. Students learn essential skills on the different techniques of fieldwork and the recording and analysis of the collected data. Courses are provided by trained and qualified instructors.
