According to the Irish Independent, a mother discovered her 16 year old daughter was having sex with a teacher from her school when she found the teacher hiding under the teenager's bed.

The maths teacher, a married man aged 36 years, was discovered by the mother who returned home unexpectedly one morning last July. The relationship had begun when the girl was taking her GCSE exams.

The teacher received a 14-month jail term, suspended for two years and ordered to do 200 hours of community service. Read the full Independent story here
