Dear Sir/Madam,



I teach children´s fun fitness classes for boys and girls from the ages of 4- 13. The class is designed to develop motor

skills, co-ordination, balance and overall fitness through fun and games (non competitive), building self esteem and confidence, and

promoting a positive attitute to a healthy lifestyle.



I have worked in the local schools (Navan Road area) for the last 2 years, and the feed back from these classes has been very positive

both from the parents, teachers and principals.



I have NCEF (HRAC - Health Related Activity for Children) Stage 2, and NCEF Personal Trainer (Level 2)
