Hi, could anyone help me pls. I have 3 children attending national school and am hoping to return to work. I would need to have them minded from 2.30 to 5.30 mon - fri and on holidays 8.00 to 5.30. What would you consider to be a fair payment for this? Thanks

Normal rates would be about €5 per hour & 1/2 for siblings. Would discuss a daily rate with your minder for full days during hols etc.
