Afterschool car needed for 4 yo boy in D24

Looking for a childminder to mind my 4yo son in D24 in minders own home. He will need to be collected from school Mon-Fri at 1.25pm and looked after until 5.30 at the latest.
Ideally, would not be the only child his age there.
Minder needs to have full license, garda vetted, qualification preferable, first aid training certificate with experience in childhood asthma would be preferable.
