Or you could negotiate a weekly wage instead, whatever seems fair to you and the minder. Hope that helps :)
At home minder for 3 kids 20/05/2014 22:08 - Dublin North Childminders ----------------------------------- Hello this is not quite an add just yet but I am hoping to get some replies or info. I am currently on maternity leave with 3 month old twins and I also have a 21 months old. I am trying to negotiate a 3 day week with work and will need to get a minder to our house. I am hoping to return in October so toddler will be 2 and 2 months and twins will be 8 months. I will know if I have it mid July.
I am wondering is there anyone out there crazy enough to take this on! Also how much would I be expecting to pay?
