Change of mind possible?

Hi
Quick question please. I have arranged verbally to look after a 9 month old from February 4 days a week which I was looking forward to. But now I think this may not be a good idea because my youngest who is 2.5 years old, is not toilet trained yet and I´m hoping to have her trained by September as that´s when she starts Montessori. I´m starting to think I should wait until my youngest is toilet trained before taking on another child so I can focus my attention on her in this respect.
I feel bad though having to let baby´s mother know I´ve changed my mind under these circumstances. I wouldn´t have a problem if my youngest was toilet trained by now. But she´s not. And I can´t guarantee she will be by February either.
Do you think this is unfair of me to cancel our agreement? She would have at least another month to find another minder. What you think please?
Thanks in advance
