We need someone to mind our daughter, in our home or yours, on the days where we are both working. My husband works on a fixed but rolling 7 week roster and it works out that we would need someone for: Week 1 - 4 days Week 2 - 3 days Week 3 - 2 days Week 4 - 1 day Week 5 - 1 day Week 6 - 2 days Week 7 - 3 days Then the cycle begins again.
Only the times of his roster change but these are known a month in advance. I will be going on leave at the end of January 16 (but I hope to keep up about 2 days a week which would be fixed.)
