Childminder Dublin 15 19/08/2018 17:40 - Dublin West Childminders ----------------------------------- Hi, I´m just looking for some feedback I suppose :) I´m strongly considering providing childcare in my own home for up to 3 children. I´m hoping to take on 1 child for €125 per week full time, from 3 separate family´s, meaning the rate would be really reasonable. (-3.50 per hour if based on full time 40 hour). I have experience minding children & have 3 of my own. All school going, eldest 15 youngest 6. would this be something anybody here would be interested in or would I be better off advertising an hourly rate for siblings etc. Thanks :)

Its not an easy job and alot of people take advantage and treat childminders with disrespect as it is, without selling yourself that short!! Who works anywhere for 3e an hr?

A couple of friends maybe who find the cost of childcare too hard to manage etc. Most people seem to be looking for afterschool care which I can´t offer as I have my own school runs! :)
