Hi there,

I have experience looking after children of all ages and have recently been studying towards a PGCE in Primary Teaching, which I aim to complete in a couple of years time. I also have the UK cert equivalent of Garda Vetting through this University. I have over 10 years experience in babysitting and minding children, and am looking to get back to working with children after a stint in retail.

I am 27 and British, fun-loving and creative and have a great rapport with kids - even retail positions I have had have been in kids-related stores (Daisy and Tom and more recently One Small Step in Dundrum). I love doing arts and crafts with kids, as well as baking, playing games and reading.

I am looking to mind 2-3 children in their own home on a FT basis and have a full, clean UK driving licence should driving be required.

If you think I might be what you are looking for please do get back to me.

Many thanks,

Laura

Hi Laura-
I am looking for a full time child minder from Late august/September in our home in Knocklyon.
My wife is finishing her maternity leave and we will have a 6 month old girl and a 7 year old boy who we are looking to ahve looked after in our own home.
We are looking for someone stable, reliable and long term.
I drop our son to school at 8.30 each morning and return for 6pm.
his school is a 5-10 minute drive away and finishes at 2.30 daily- he is very easy to look after and has loads of friends on the road so after lunch/homework he will be out playing alot.
Our daughter is 6 months old so experience with babies would be of great benefit.
I´m not sure entirely what the going rate is- but if the right person was available we would make sure that we are both very happy as we are looking for a stable and reliable person.
this is not just a position for the school term- but would carry through next summer.
would this be something that would interest you?
Caolan.
