Looking for a childminder from February onwards in the Bishopstown area (as I study in CIT) to mind my child in their own home.

I am due at the start of January and planning to start back in college in February, when the baby will be 4-8 weeks old. It may be on a part time basis initially (~10 hours per week) but will likely build up to 20-30 hours per week, depending on timetable.

Own car not necessary, but must be located as close to CIT as possible.

Looking for someone very caring and comfortable with minding such a small infant, with references, ideally registered as a childminder (able to provide receipts).
