Both my partner and I work shift work so we would need a childminder that would be very flexible. We would want someone to mind our baby girl in our home 1 to 3 days a week from 7.30am to 8.30pm. We would always know a few weeks in advance what days we´d be working

i am a qualified healthcare assistant so i am also trained in first aid.
