I am in the Cork city area and I am being told by creches in the area that there is a 2 year waiting list! My daughter is almost 4 months old and I will be returning to full time work when she is 7.5 months old. I would love to have somebody look after her in their home where she can feel loved and secure.
How do people go about organising this for their little ones?

try an ad in the paper....
hard to find good people.
try the local school, they might recommend someone.
