I consider my self very out door person.I like to spend lots of time with children outside,I also have to pets(very friendly female dogs)so I go almost every day to mountains for a walk with them and take kids with me to explore forests and also have nice walk,they can run free and bread clean air:)) I would provide your child with fresh meals every day and if needed then put them for day time nap because small children need to rest I think.My 4.5 still sometimes goes for nap during the day.
