Fun, active Childminder/Home help required (D7, D11)           reply

-----------------------------------
Hi there - we live in Royal Canal Park, off the Ratoath Road, which is the Cabra end of Ashtown. Our previous Childminder of 2.5 years has just finished up with us to pursue a full time career, so we are looking for a part-time childminder to pick up our 9 year old daughter from her school (D7ETNS in Grangegorman) and mind her in our home. Her classes typically finish at 2pm and we are home from work at around 6pm.

Our daughter is a couch potato so it would be great if our new childminder was active and could encourage her out of the house (e.g. go cycling, swimming etc.).

We need someone who is a fluent English speaker as they will need to help our daughter with her homework. The childminder would also need to cook her a healthy nightly meal.

If the childminder and our daughter are out having fun - then that´s great :-) However if at home and our daughter is playing by herself or with friends (i.e there is some free time), we would ask our childminder to do light housework, e.g. ironing, load/unload dishwasher, hang washing, supervising tidying of daughter´s room etc. to help us keep on top of things.

There is an option for three extra hours a week of "regular" house work (bathroom, windows etc.), if the childminder would like to avail of the extra hours. But it is not compulsory.

Our childminder would need to have a car and a full driver´s licence.

Please respond with CV.

Looking forward to your reply :-)
