Hi all,
Just wondering how much do you think is fare to mind a 10 month old in my home 3 days a week .8.15 to 5.15 .I will be providing dinner and snacks and mum will supply the bottles .Also do I charge for holiday pay? And what other questions should I ask ? If the baby is not with me on the day it is due to come do I charge?

Hi –
Normal daily rate around Dublin would be around €45 per day(€5 per hour), for what you are including.
As with most childminders, and seems to be standard, we are paid for all bank holidays, any holidays that parents take, and days off that their child is too sick to come to you. The only time a childminder is not paid is when they take time off, holidays etc.
