I´m going back into childminding after a 7yr break (gave up when I had my 1st child) & I´m looking for some advice on what to charge. I worked as a nanny in childs own home the last time I worked but this time around I´ll be doing it in my own house. I have qualifications,8yrs experience (+7yrs as a mother of 2!!). I´ve been offered a job to mind a 9mth baby, 9am-5pm Mon-Fri. Any advice would be much appreciated

Hi -in Dublin most would charge €45/50 per day. Best of luck.

Tks for the advice. Forgot to post that I´m in the Wicklow area. I was thinking of charging around that amount but just wanted to see what the average rate would be.
