Hi, My 5 year old is starting school in September. I will be dropping her off at 8 and collecting her at 5.30 4 days per week. From the middle of September she will get the bus to school outside the minders house and back around 3.15. At the moment I pay for every week of the year so that when holidays come around I don´t have to ask how much extra to pay. I pay €160 at the moment per week. If I offer her €20 per day for school days and €30 per day for days off with 3 weeks paid holidays per year does this sound fair. I would´nt pay for any other days off I have then

Sounds like a steal to me to be honest. My childminder costs me about 50 per day, although if they don´t go to her I don´t pay. (when I´m off work)
