You´re obliged to pay at least minimum wage (for one child) though for 3 kids it´s usually €12-€15 per hour! Not to mention you´ve to register as their employer Sort holidays Wage slips etc Going to a childminders home usually far cheaper not to mention you don´t need to worry about being an employer etc I´d be happy to call you X I´m only in Celbridge, I don´t have places for three but more to give you advice !
