Nanny needed for long-term part-time work Dun Laoghaire

Hi nannies
We are a family looking for a nanny to care for our 2-year-old and 4-year-old daughters, from 1pm - 6pm approximately, Monday through Friday each week, beginning on August 1 (25 hours in total). This will include a school pick up and walk or drive to our house in Dun Laoghaire. The position is live-out.
Ideally we would like someone committed to living in the Dublin area long term. We are offering a long term, part-time position where we hope that the right person will become a part of the family, whom our children will grow to trust and love, and who can stay with them as they develop from early childhood into their early teens.
We have no bias about your age, gender, ethnicity nor sexual orientation. However we do require that you have previous childminding experience and come with good references.
Ideally you will also be able to work full time in September and October, as our 2-year-old starts pre-school on November 1, then transition to the part time hours. But we are happy to work around this for the right person, if you already have morning commitments. Once you start working for us, there will also be the opportunity to pick up extra hours during school holidays if you should want them.
Both their dad and I are university lecturers. We are relaxed and happy people, who will respect your role as a professional child minder. We are happy to work out a job contract that includes paid holiday time and sick leave.
