Have any other schools faced a problem where teachers are being moved when parents are very happy with current arrangements?

not to mention teachers being moved, when they are happy, it´s the principal who has the final word, they are supposed to make decisions to best suit the classes and the available resources, sometimes it doesn´t always meet with approval though!
