I’m wondering how much I should be expecting to be paid as an in house nanny to an 18 month old and a 3 yr old.

It would be in the family’s home and it would be a minimum of 15 hrs a couple of days a week, but likely to be more than that once the parents jobs requires more from them. Both parents are working and as crèches won’t be opening for awhile they were looking for something now.

I don’t want to be overpaid as I know childcare can be really expensive for families especially during this time. I have experience babysitting regularly and as an au pair but never as a nanny so was wondering what the normal rate is.
