Hi all,
Am new to this site but have been reading some of the threads and find them really useful
My adorable special needs little boy will be 4 in June, has a learning disability including speech delay. He is being assessed in 2 weeks time.
He currently attends creche and they tell me he gets on well there. However as he is a quiet little lad and does not mix very well I´m just wondering if a montessori school be better for him. He tends to play by himself at creche and if they are doing activities he stays with them for a little while then heads off to the toys / books etc. I would prefer if he was encouraged to continue with the activities and have asked them to try and encourage this.
Would montessori be better?
