Hi, here´s my gripe!

Firstly no date appears on the ads for books so you don´t know how long they´ve been up for (if they were dated I would probably have guessed that books were no longer for sale)

Secondly, not one person has replied to the PM´s I sent.

I reckon the ads are old and the books are already sold. This facility needs attention and monitoring and I suggest that owners are contacted after a period of say two weeks to either update or remove their add.

It´s very frustrating playing the waiting game when a child needs a schoolbook.

Hi
I read your post with interest. It is that time of year again when people are selling/buying books and it is frustrating when people do not update their records.
I would recommend that on contacting someone re buying books that you select one with a mobile phone number listed as this hastens the information exchange.
also, given that book editions change, it is best if you get folk to confirm ISBN number of book or date of publishing.
All of your points are relevant but its cultural, most folk are not detail oriented and fastidious about their records.
