Hi, We are a couple looking for a kind caring childminder with experience and references for our first baby who is 7 months old. I am going back to work in Febuary on a week on/week off basis. Because of our jobs we would love to find someone who would be available from 7 am to 7 pm although it will not be those hours every day of the week we are working. We understand that these hours can be akward so we would like to offer a great rate to the person who is interested.
