Used to get paid €6 an hour. Guess it would be fair that if paying a low wage to make sure the childminder gets the same pay every week even if you decide to stay at home.... Happy childminder=happy kids=happy employer.

Hi,

I am looking to find out how much would be acceptable to pay a childminder that will look after an 8mth old and a 3.5 year old. They shall have the baby for 45 hours per week and the older child for 20 hours per week.
