Hi all just wondering what are parents views on males working in Childcare ? I am a male with over 9 years Childcare experience I go true the very same training and vetting as my female colleges but yet can´t get work . I have posted a few adds on here but haven´t got many replies . I would love to hear some fead back on people´s thoughts on the above kind regards Matt
