We previously had a nanny-share arrangement for 18 months, and it worked out wonderfully! Our son made great friends, and absolutely loved being out and about at the park and playgroup, and playing with the other little boy. We are still in touch with the other family and our former nanny. We have a 2.5 year old son and live in Booterstown. We are interested in an arrangement where our son and your little one would be minded by a nanny in your or our home, or we could alternate where they are minded. Our son would currently need to be minded Monday to Friday full time, but if you only require part time care for your little one, we are open to that too. We are just about to start the process to look for a new nanny, but if you already have a nanny that you would like to share, that´s great too!
