Hi
Can anyone give me an idea of what a fair rate of pay would be?
I willl need my daughter to be collected from Montessori at lunch time & minded in the carers home until about 17.30pm-5 days a week,preferably by a mother with her own children.What should I be offering to pay???
Any advice appreciated
