re... : confused re rates 14/01/2015 13:13 - Cork County Childminders ----------------------------------- I wud never wanna underpay a childminder. That wasn´t my point. I just didn´t realise it wud b same rate from 7.30 -5.30 as it would from 8.30-3.00. I have no problem paying the same rate which at 60 for a 10 hr day would turn out 6an hr as i said. This is what everyone i know is paying. Its only when looking now i see the differences in rates.
confused re rates 14/01/2015 10:03 - Cork County Childminders ----------------------------------- I am getting very frustrated re rates for childcare. All my friends and neighbours are paying the same rate of 4 euro an hr for one child, 6 for 2 etc. For 10 hrs it would b 60 euro for the 2. However im currently looking and have shorter hrs from 8.30 to 3 and am getting quoted what they pay for a full day. One friend wud b paying less for 8-5.30.

I simply wanted to see if there was a going rate everywhere as it seemed so inconsistent depending on minder. That is the what I found frustrating. It was not giving out about rates at all.
