my daughter would be starting secondary school 2011, i have been told that one has to register early to get a place.Appreciate any advise on choosing a good school (girls only) in the douglas/bishopstown area.
Also since we are new to the Irish education system, what are the things that one has to look for when one visits the school ( sounds like a stupid query but will appreciate any help that I can get)

Regina Mundi and Sacred Heart are two good ones I know of but there are others.

If you are interested in Regina Mundi, I would contact the school straight away. I´ve put my daughter´s name down when she was 3 for 2012 and there is no gauarantee we will be offered a place for her.
