hi all,

could really use some help as i´m totally clueless.

just wondering how much i should expect to pay a childminder to mind a 1 year old and a 3.5 year old in my house? hours will be 9-5 and older child will be in ECCE scheme for 3 hours a day (will need to be collected from around the corner) and will only need a minder 3 days a week.

also, i believe that in my home i am liable for the childminder´s PRSI and income tax, is that correct? what if we have a contract of employment which states that she is self employed? she will have a say in certain aspects of the childminding, for example she most weeks can choose the days she works and i can work around that.
