Also, the minder would not be needed during school holidays. Do I still pay her, give her a reduced amount or nothing at all?

Two children require walking to creche/school but both back by 2. Aged 6+4. Start at 8 finish at 5.30 While 2 girls are at school I will be home with 7 month old. How much would i expect to get? 9 hours a day, 5 days a week. Will have to cook for children and do homework ect.
