hello there, I am looking for some one private health care assistant for my 3 children who are in foster home with Indian foster family. I need some one professional could take care my 5 yrs daughter for part time for few hours who has been passing through a big trauma and suffers badly in her childhood being living away from parents due to tragedy happen in my home after my twins birth in July 2009 and accidentally one of the baby twin got injury. The child protection social workers treat and deal with me very harshly They even did not see my 3 yrs daughter who never slept one nite without me and was strongly attached with me.
However unfortunately this all happened with me and as the result of it my 3 children immediately were sent to foster home I am already fighting in court last two years for getting their custody back. But 2 and half yrs now my daughter has been sick, wearing eye glasses with extreme sufferings in her childhood, got eczema , skin rashes. She is 5 yrs now her school has started that´s why i am desperately looking for realy sincere and sensitive heart lady who understands my daughter´s panic condition and could share a personal happy time with her as she is growing up with a feeling that world is very un friendly to her she has not much enjoyed like normal children enjoy of her age..i want somebody could take her to swimming pool,walk,shopping and show her cartoon movies,tell her stories and especially take care of her skin by applying moisturizing cream. I need care assistant spends some precious time with my 3children and try her best to make their attachment strong between them bcz they think that foster children are their own brother and sisters and that family has never encouraged or have no time to support my children to learn about their own bonding´s or to tell about their parents. In fact they teach children that they are their mom and dad and they are 50 yrs of age and extra clever and sharp in dealing with my children and my daughter is missing all activities of her age under their pressure.
As i have only one arranged meeting with my children by social workers that is not enough in any sense that´s why i need help..because I have no direct access to my children And I know there is no substitute of mother on this earth however i am wishing to find a God fearing and children loving heart for my children. They need help to learn about all activities which they deserve. Especially my mostly concerns are related to my 5 yrs old who is missing all activities of her age fellow kids..She should have a right to go for shopping her own choice,she should attend swimming classes, dance classes,going for a walk and most of all, 3 of my children need to learn that they are brother and sisters..and they have their own parents as twins were only 5 weeks old when taken away and do not know me as their mom neither ever foster family try to tell them..they are only working for huge salaries and that´s it.. I want care assistant to also keep an eye on my daughter´s clothes bcz she gets new clothes rarely. This foster Indian lady has completely ignored my daughter and she puts clothes which are not suitable for her eczema and she does not care for her skin problem and more than 1000 euro per week plus 3 children´s allowances they are getting. I am badly hurt and sick now to see this un fair and unjustice system and need some one for 2 or 3 hours daily or part time who could spend a happy personal time with my children separately with foster children.
I know every mother who has children never ever want their children live with fosters who only work for money and I have no family in Ireland who can take my children in their care. Only a loving woman can understand pain of a mother in regarding children´s health and well being and i hope to get some professional help to work out on these concerns in a right way. And i can offer a reasonable pay for your sincere service for my small children.
My important requirements would be:
A certificate for health care,
Some work experience
Gardai clearance
Car holder with driving license
