I´m looking for a childminder for my 4 year old. She will be going to playschool from 12pm-3pm Monday to Friday and I am looking for her to be dropped off and collected some days.
Hubby works shifts work so our hours vary. He works in a 3 week rota. We would need the following hours:
Week 1: Mon - Fri 7am - 12pm (drop off) - Husband will collect her from school .... 25 hours a week
Week 2: Thurs & Friday 10am - 12pm (drop off & collect) mind until 5pm ..... 8 hours a week
Week 3 Mon, Tues & Wens 10am - 12pm (drop off & collect) mind until 5pm ... 12 hours a week
How much do you think we shold pay a week or per hour?? We were thinking of paying a flat weekly rate rather than more one week and less the next.

Hi I am a mum of two boys , James is 4 and Patrick is 20 months. We live in malahide, I am an experienced childminder and have full insurance.
