I have worked in a creche & have more than 5 yrs working experience from infants to school going age. I am mother myself of 2 kids & i know what the expectations & requirements of parents could be. Childrens safety is my first priority at all times. I am very aware of their developmental areas & willing to help them to reach their ´Physical, Intellectual, Languages, Emotional & Social´ developmental norms by encouraging/assisting them through indoor/outdoor play, creativity play, singing, story time, activities, arts & crafts etc aswell as making sure that the child is enjoying the process/routine. Im gonna be returning to work in a few mts & am looking gor someone flexible to mind my baby boy who will be nearly 9mts then. As my hubby & I work shift work sometime may need baby to be minded eg 1200-2000. Other times it might be for a few hours in the morning. Every week would be different but you would know a few wks in advance. Dont mind whether looked after in your or our home. Hope to hear from u soo. ;-)
