Kids Yoga and Wellbeing classes for 4-6, 7-10, 10-12 year olds. Auriel yoga also offers yoga classes for teens. Classes are designed to improve both the overall physical and emotional wellbeing of children and classes include yoga, partner poses, yoga games, mindfulness activities and a short relaxation exercise at the end designed to reduce stress and anxiety and enhance wellbeing.
Yoga offers many benefits including increased physical flexibility, improved balance, concentration and coordination, improved confidence and self-esteem and reduces stress and anxiety.
