Our award-winning school is conveniently located in the seaside suburb of Blackrock two miles down the coast from Dublin city centre.
Each day, they will have expert and entertaining demonstrations in the professional demonstration kitchen. After that, students will have the run of the state-of-the-art hands-on kitchen space, where they can spend every day creating delectable menus (with advice from our team of professional tutors) that they then sit down to enjoy themselves in our private dining room.
Cooking is a skill we should all learn, the earlier the better! Imagine coming home to the comforting smell of a full dinner on the way: a warm loaf of brown bread emerging from the oven, a beautiful pasta dish, and a terrifically tender lemon and poppy seed cake to finish. One can dream!
