Mid-Term ‘Mayhem’ – February 19/20th (Sat/Sun) & 26/27th (Sat/Sun)

To celebrate the launch of our brand new Education Pack, and the fact that it's mid-term, Dublinia will be hosting a series of events on the following dates:

Saturday 19th February - Any budding artist's out there? If so come visit our Education Room and draw or colour a picture of your favourite vicious Viking, medieval maiden or intrepid History Hunter.
Open from 11.00am to 3.00pm.

Come and join the special Viking tour, find out how they came to Dublin, what they ate, where they slept, and how we remember them today.
Sunday 20th February - Do you want to be a History Hunter? If so, come and learn all about Archaeology and dig for artefacts in the Dig Room.
11.00am to 4.00pm.

'Learning is fun!' so why not take a tour of Viking and Medieval Dublin and learn lots about the city in a fun and exciting way!
11.30am and 2.30pm.
Saturday 26th February - Barnaby, our resident pig-catcher, will be searching for stray pigs on the Medieval Street.
10.30am to 3.30pm.

Get your brains working! Take part in a special treasure hunt, follow all the trails and work out the clues.
All day.
Sunday 27th February - What kind of weapons did the Vikings use in their bloody battles? Luke the Viking will tell you all about it.
11.00am to 4.00pm.

What were Medieval Dubliners really like? What did the city look like a thousand years ago? Find out on this special tour.

Come and visit the Education room and make a medieval shield!
12.00pm to 4.00pm.
There will also be Public Tours on at 2.30pm all week (Monday to Friday, the 21st to the 25th of February), during the mid-term break.
