Why We Love It

Carrots are rich in vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin K, vitamin B8, pantothenic acid, folate, potassium, iron, copper, and manganese.

Apples maintain good cholesterol levels in your blood and carrots are rich in Vitamin A.

Ginger is commonly used to treat various types of "stomach problems," including motion sickness, morning sickness, colic, upset stomach, gas, diarrhea and irritable bowel syndrome (IBS)


What You'll Need



4 x apples
6 x carrots
2 inch stick of ginger





Method

    Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth.



    Store in a thermo flask or freeze the night before to keep it cool for lunch.
