In yoga classes specifically tailored to suit kids from 6 to 12, we play, tell stories, sing, learn about our bodies, make new friends, have fun and relax together. Teens from 12 + learn yoga poses that relax, keep healthy and flexible and mindfulness to develop confidence and to cope with the everyday ups and downs of growing into young adults.
Tanja is a qualified kids yoga teacher, professionally trained and garda-vetted. She teaches yoga in primary, secondary schools and in studios around Dublin. Yoga helps kids to empower themselves!
