Yoga Workshop for Children
Yoga Workshop For Children
059 8631144
Yoga as a therapeutic process can help children who have a special needs diagnosis gain additional coping skills for day to day life management. Yoga can help the child become strong in mind and in body, helping to build resilience and hone coping skills and mechanisms. This interactive workshop will show parents and children some techniques designed to self calm and regulate which with practice can help children learn to reduce the added anxiety both parents and children may be feeling.
