The School of Irish Archaeology Summer Camps

7 -12 yrs

€160 per child (Sibling Discounts available)

1st July - 23 July

10am - 3pm

Our camps provide a new and fascinating alternative to sports-themed camps and other school-break activities for children aged between 7 and 12 years old. If your child is a curious explorer with a thirst for knowledge about their past, why not let them try the School of Irish Archaeology?

Activities range from Historical Treasure Hunts, Archery School, Clay Pot Making, Archaeology Excursions, Ancient Crafts & Technologies, Weaponry & Combat, Shield &Sword Design, Archaeology Games and more...!

Our camps are run all year round, and they introduce children to the mysteries and adventures of our past in a fun, practical and hands-on way.

All of our camps have a good mix of indoor and outdoor when possible. However, due to the nature of Irish weather and adverse conditions, outdoors at times is not always possible.

We have many ancient craft and technology workshops ranging from leatherwork, the history of the bow & arrow and archery to stone age axe making workshops

Locations:

We have many locations across Dublin including Harold’s Cross, Malahide, Sandyford, Dalkey and Drumcondra plus we have started expanding nationwide to Monaghan, Tipperary, Cork and Limerick
