Hi i currently live in Chapelizod. My son will turn 4 on 29th September. Can he start primary school then or does he have to wait until the following year. He is intelligent so i do believe it would be beneficil for him to start in September coming. I was wondering if the same protocol is all across the board, i.e. if one school says they can´t accept him because of his age, would this be the same for all schools? also, is it ok to write my son´s name down for more than one primary school in case he does not succeed in getting a place in one that is too full. thank you.
