We are looking for a home tutor for our 4 year old son. He has a recent diagnosis of ASD. He will be starting school in September in a mainstream setting. He is a sociable and happy child and is communicates well, he is verbal.
We are hoping to find someone with experience in teaching a child with ASD. We are open to different approaches such as ABA. Open to working with a BCBA too. Happy to work with an SLT and OT also.
Our main priority concerns are preparing for school, academic work and speech. We will be funding a tutor privately but may also have additional home tuition hours in time. We will also need a July Provision tutor.
We would like someone to continue on during the school year in the afternoons.
