Hi guys I mind a 6 year old girl from 3 to 4 days (changes each week as her mum is a nurse!) from 1.30 to 6pm. I pick her up by car from school and give her lunch, she then has dinner at 5.30 before she leaves. I get paid 30e a day (daily rate as different days each week). How much should I get paid for summer hols and midterms etc. I would have her from 8.45 to 6pm. thanks
